What to Expect

Core Values

We believe that 6th through 12th grade students are capable of finding hope in Jesus, can allow him to transform their hearts, and can follow him in community. We believe that students are called to important things now, not merely when they “grow up.” We make it our goal to see more students find refuge in God, to walk alongside them as they grow, and to connect them to community within the Church.

Weekly Sunday Service

Students join larger church body for worship and then leave for Room 1 where they are invited into the process of refuge, transformation, and partnership in an age-appropriate setting.

Weekly Youth Night

From 6:30 to 8:30pm every Tuesday students are invited to join in an evening of community, games, sharing of the Gospel, and prayer.

Walk by Faith Events

These events will be designed to creatively engage students with the Up (connection to the Father), In (connection to other students), and Out (connection to the community) relationships within their community context. These events will be organized in secret, and students will only be given the option of accepting or declining an invitation (Parents will be notified of all pertinent information prior to said event). Scheduling will begin a month prior to event. For more information contact jeffv@crossroadsidaho.org

Spiritual Families

In addition to the aforementioned events, youth-oriented spiritual families will meet regularly within their own context in order to meet the vision of the greater church. For more information please reach out to Jeff Virgin.
